Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All our retail display stands, display cabinets, kiosks and store fixtures are fully customized products tailored to each client’s unique size, material, logo, design and layout requirements.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Custom Goods

  1. Once production has started, customized displays cannot be returned, exchanged or fully canceled.
  2. A 70% deposit will be retained to cover design labor, raw material loss and production scheduling costs. We do not accept returns for standard finished custom displays without factory manufacturing defects.
  3. All custom size, color, logo and structural modifications confirmed by the buyer are not eligible for post-delivery return requests.

Damaged Goods & Partial Compensation

  • If products arrive broken, deformed or missing parts during ocean shipping, buyers must provide clear photos and videos within 7 working days after receiving the cargo.
  • We will produce replacement spare parts at cost price for quality issues caused by our factory. All ocean freight fees for replacement shipments shall be borne by the buyer unless the damage is caused by our production error.
  • We do not cover damage caused by improper unloading, local storage, or long-term wear and tear after installation.

Refund Rules

  1. If the order is not delivered within the agreed production cycle without prior written notice, we will provide a full refund.
  2. For minor factory defects that cannot be repaired by replacing parts, a partial refund can be negotiated.
  3. Once a written agreement is reached by both parties, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please first check your bank transaction record.
  2. Contact your payment provider for processing delays of international cross-border transfers.
