3D Design and Space Layout Planning
Flow line planning and functional zoning:
The core requirement of the brand is to accommodate the front reception area, product display area, glass cabinet boutique area, inventory storage area and entrance display area simultaneously, while ensuring that the customer flow and service flow do not intersect. Through repeated adjustments using 3D modeling, we finally determined the layout of “entrance front reception + two-sided full-wall product cabinets + island glass cabinets + rear storage area”:
The customer flow enters through the entrance, first passing by the front desk, then browsing along the display cabinets on both sides. The glass display cabinets in the middle island showcase high-priced or highly recommended products. The service flow is concentrated at the front desk and the storage area behind it, completely avoiding the customer flow. Even during peak hours, it is not crowded.
Lighting and Atmosphere Creation:
The main lighting area of the store is located at the entrance glass door. During the 3D design stage, we simulated the direction of natural light and placed the island glass display cabinet and the key display area close to the entrance, maximizing the utilization of natural light. At the same time, we conducted layered lighting simulation for the display cabinets and the front desk, adjusted the position and color temperature of the light strips, avoiding overly bright or harsh light or overly dim and dirty light, ensuring that the light at different times can restore the true texture of the products and create a fresh and soft atmosphere.
Space utilization and storage requirements:
The brand has a high demand for inventory management. In the 3D model, we have designed all the bottom parts of the display cabinets on both sides as lockable drawers and storage cabinets. This not only doesn’t affect the display of products on the front but also maximizes the use of space for storing inventory. At the same time, a storage room has been specially planned at the back to store large quantities of goods, ensuring that the front of the store remains clean and orderly at all times.
Overall design concept and style positioning
Material combination: We extensively use four materials – light oak veneer panels, matte mint green lacquer, tempered glass, and granite slabs – which combine to create a balance between the minimalist style’s coolness and the brand’s natural tone;
Color system: Based on mint green, off-white, and light wood tones, the overall color scheme is fresh and gentle, neither overshadowing the products nor making the entire space look cluttered and dim. It aligns with the positioning of a cosmetics/pharmaceutical store;
Detail handling: All the furniture corners have been rounded, with soft and non-sharp lines, enhancing safety while making the space warmer; at the same time, all the wiring and hardware have been hidden, maintaining visual tidiness and avoiding clutter that could affect the customer experience.

Decorations and Soft Furnishings
- Lighting design: Embedded LED light strips are used for the wall cabinets and the island counter to provide local lighting and highlight the product texture; Track lights are installed on the ceiling to create an overall lighting atmosphere; An ambient light strip is also installed below the front desk, which can create a warm atmosphere during business hours, with the color temperature uniformly adjusted to 4000K neutral light, restoring the true colors of the products.
- Wall and floor decoration: The floor uses light gray marble tiles, which are wear-resistant and easy to clean, and are in harmony with the overall fresh style; The walls use a combination of light wood grilles and mint green lacquered panels to add spatial layers and also serve as a division of areas; A large brand logo wall is set at the entrance to strengthen the brand image.
- Green plants and decorative items: A few simple-style green plants are placed on the front desk and above the display cabinets to soften the cold hardness of the space and enhance the sophistication of the space; The desktop is decorated with simple ceramic vases and dried flowers, which are in harmony with the overall style.
- Detail soft furnishings: The desktop uses simple ceramic tableware, aroma bottles, and labels in the brand color, and trays, which are in harmony with the overall style; Brand-themed brochures and decorative paintings are also matched, strengthening the brand tone from the details.
