3D Design and Space Layout Planning
Functional zoning and flow planning:
The core requirements of a hair salon are the haircutting area, shampooing area, bar counter reception area, product display area, and rest area. It is also necessary to ensure that the customer flow and service flow do not intersect. Through repeated adjustments using 3D modeling, we finally determined the layout of “entrance reception area + central haircutting area + side shampooing area + rear rest area + corner product area”: The customer flow goes from the entrance to the haircutting area, shampooing area, and rest area, forming a natural experience process; the service flow is concentrated in the bar counter and rear area, completely avoiding the customer flow, and during peak hours, it will not be crowded.
Lighting and atmosphere creation:
The main lighting surface of the store is on the right side. We reserved the window positions for the haircutting area to maximize the use of natural light, allowing customers to clearly see the hair color effect; at the same time, we made layered lighting simulations on the walls and ceilings, and adjusted the position and power of the lamps during the 3D stage to avoid overly bright or dim lighting that would be uncomfortable for operation, ensuring that the light at different times can meet the professional hairdressing needs, while creating a soothing atmosphere.
Space utilization and privacy protection:
In the 3D model, we used wooden grilles and half walls to divide the haircutting area and shampooing area, which not only ensures the transparency of the space but also provides customers with a certain degree of privacy protection; at the same time, we made rational use of the wall and corner space, set up product display racks and storage cabinets, maximizing the use of space, and avoiding being crowded and messy.
Overall design concept and style positioning
Material combination: We extensively use five materials – micro cement, wood, marble, metal and fabric – which together create a harmonious balance. The warmth of micro cement, the coziness of wood, the sophistication of marble, the neatness of metal and the softness of fabric all contribute to the calming effect of the Wabi-Sabi style, while also bringing a soothing atmosphere.
Color System: The base color is a low-saturation clay brown, off-white, and natural wood color. A small amount of dark brown and metallic colors are added. The overall color tone is unified and warm, allowing customers to feel relaxed as soon as they enter the store.
Detail treatment: The corners of all furniture have been rounded or arc-shaped. The lines are soft and not sharp, which not only enhances safety but also makes the space more cozy; at the same time, all wiring and hardware have been hidden, maintaining a visually clean appearance.

Decorations and Soft Furnishings
1.Lighting system: Track lights are used in the haircutting area to provide sufficient lighting and meet the professional hairdressing requirements; pendant lights and ambient light strips are used in the bar counter and relaxation area to create a warm atmosphere. The color temperature is uniformly adjusted to 4000K neutral light to restore the true color of the products; embedded tube lights are used in the shampooing area, with soft and non-irritating light, providing customers with a comfortable experience.
2.Wall and floor decoration: The floor is made of marble tiles, which are wear-resistant and easy to clean; some areas of the walls have been decorated with relief and wooden grilles, adding spatial layers and texture, and also serving as area divisions; the ceiling is made of terra cotta color micro cement, which is in line with the overall style and creates a warm atmosphere.
3.Green plants and decorative items: A few simple-style green plants and decorative items are matched, such as dried reeds and artistic vases, placed in the relaxation area and the entrance, softening the cold hardness of the space and enhancing the sophistication of the space.
4.Detail soft furnishings: The tabletop uses simple ceramic tableware, aroma bottles, and matching tablecloths and trays in brand colors, which are in line with the overall style; also, brand-themed brochures and decorative paintings are matched, strengthening the brand tone from the details.
